CHF International is seeking qualified, certified individuals or firms to support the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Kenya National Blood Transfusion (KNBTS) Service in drafting, presenting and advocating for enactment of a substantive Act of Parliament to guide the management of blood transfusion services in Kenya.
The consultancy is expected to take place over the period November 2013– February 2014.
The level of effort (LOE) is estimated at a maximum of 65 days.
