Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in any of the following fields: Business Management/ Human Resource Management, Organizational Development/ Co-operative Management or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of three (3) years teaching experience in Business Management/Human Resource Management, Organizational Development/ Co-operative Management at Senior Lecturer level.

Considerable experience and demonstrable involvement in post-graduate course development and supervision of students at Master’s and Doctorate levels will be a definite advantage.

Applicants are also expected to show evidence of active research involvement, ability to raise funds and significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge as evidenced by; at least three (3) outstanding publications in peer-reviewed journals or two (2) refereed books in their area of specialization and funded research projects / proposals since appointment as a Senior Lecturer.
