Key responsibilities

Coordination with clients and other stakeholders

Providing reports as per business requirements

Keep clients engaged and well updated

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or public relations
At least six months experience in an outbound telemarketing industry or other related field
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized and presentable
Self-starter and needing minimum supervision
