Project Information Technologist Job Vacancy at University of Nairobi

Job Title: PROJECT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIST- 1 POST- AD/11/436/12- CHS
Applicants must be holders of at least a BSC IT (Second Class, Upper division). They must have at least two
(2) years experience in a similar position. They must be computer proficient. They must be able to
communicate in local language (Luo).
The successful candidate will be expected o undertake the following responsibilities:-
• Uploading data from PDAs.
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of PDAs and computers.
• Liaison with internet providers and trouble shooing internet issues.
• Maintaining data logs
• Communicating data queries to field staff
• Updating Data Manager on resolution of data queries.
• Any other duty assigned.
Please note the position is full-time and is on a one year contract renewable on satisfactory
performance and mutual consent
