Applicants should be holders of at least an M.Sc degree in Human Nutrition and BSC degree in Food Science
Technology from a recognized university. They must also have registered for a PhD degree in relevant area.
Those in possession of publication in refereed journals and teaching experience at university level will have
and added advantage.
The successful candidate will be expected to assist in teaching and research in addition to undertaking to
completing PhD degree.
