Responsibilities;

Co-ordination of Agency’s departmental and divisions activities and day to day operations;
Dealing with issues emanating from the staff and stakeholders under minimum supervision and guidance both at the field and at the headquarters;
Management and prudent utilization of resources;
Handling of public complaints and customer care issues;
Coordination of departmental and divisions communications and facilitation of day to day operations;
Coordination of prevention and mitigation of HIV/AIDS;
Drug and substance abuse;
Corruption and integrity issues;
Coordination of mainstreaming of gender and disability initiatives;
Fleet management;
Management of Agency’s insurance cover and work environment.

Qualification and Experience

Served as an Administration Officer I for a minimum of 3 years in the Public Service or in a comparable position in a reputable Private Sector.
Bachelors degree in Public/Business Administration or a relevant degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
