Operations Manager at AIDS Healthcare Foundation

Job Title: Operations Manager

Company: AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF – Kenya)

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Responsibilities
Manages the operational implementation & oversight for the country program, including administration, logistics, procurement, budgeting and financial management.
Ensure efficient operations of the program’s finance, human resource and administrative systems to support and facilitate the attainment of program goals among other duties.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or Full Professional qualification
Additional qualification in leadership and management
Minimum 5 years experience at the national level in office management, finance, budget, accounting, human resources, supplies/procurement or administration at senior level
Experience working in healthcare delivery systems is an added advantage
Proven leadership, supervisory and team management skills
Proficiency in use of information technology
Must be able to travel 50% of the time
