1973 is dedicated to ending preventable deaths and disabilities from unsafe
abortion.
Ipas Africa Alliance is looking for individuals, who are
organized, highly motivated and results oriented to join a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:
- Develops activity budgets, reviews budget discrepancies with the Program Manager and provides support during budget creation and revision processes.
- Provides administrative support including scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Assists team members by tracking activity deadlines and drafting or reviewing reports, grant agreements, service contracts, program work plans, and other related documents as needed.
- Responsible for the production of documents, including agreements, contracts, disbursement schedules, project timelines and work plans during contract period.
- Reviews reports to verify that the documentation and information requested is complete
Qualifications and competencies
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in
project management, social sciences, administration or its equivalent with 2
years’ experience in event planning, administration, and/or public health.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of women’s
sexual and reproductive health and rights, forecasting project budgets, skilled
in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, have computer skills with
strong interpersonal and communications skills.
The candidate should be ready to travel frequently to the
field.
