Responsibilities;
• Co-ordination of Agency’s departmental and divisions activities and day to day operations;
• Dealing with issues emanating from the staff and stakeholders under minimum supervision and guidance both at the field and at the headquarters;
• Management and prudent utilization of resources;
• Handling of public complaints and customer care issues;
• Coordination of departmental and divisions communications and facilitation of day to day operations;
• Coordination of prevention and mitigation of HIV/AIDS;
• Drug and substance abuse;
• Corruption and integrity issues;
• Coordination of mainstreaming of gender and disability initiatives;
• Fleet management;
• Management of Agency’s insurance cover and work environment.
Qualification and Experience
• Served as an Administration Officer I for a minimum of 3 years in the Public Service or in a comparable position in a reputable Private Sector.
• Bachelors degree in Public/Business Administration or a relevant degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
