Job Title: Operations Manager

Responsibilities
• Manages the operational implementation & oversight for the country program, including administration, logistics, procurement, budgeting and financial management.
• Ensure efficient operations of the program’s finance, human resource and administrative systems to support and facilitate the attainment of program goals among other duties.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or Full Professional qualification
• Additional qualification in leadership and management
• Minimum 5 years experience at the national level in office management, finance, budget, accounting, human resources, supplies/procurement or administration at senior level
• Experience working in healthcare delivery systems is an added advantage
• Proven leadership, supervisory and team management skills
• Proficiency in use of information technology
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time
