Job Title: Logistics and Operations Supervisor

Location: Nairobi, Kenya



Duties:

• Creation of materials schedules for each site assigned from BOQ,

• Sourcing of suppliers and quotations from suppliers and presenting them for scrutiny


• Creation of a materials and suppliers data base

• Purchasing of materials approved

• Organizing proper and timely delivery of materials  to sites
• Management of site requisitions

• Overseeing and authenticating site stores, records and inventories

• Assist the accounts department to follow up clients accounts

Qualifications

• Post  KCSE Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry

• Qualification in procurement will be an added advantage

• Ability  to read and interpret Bills of Quantities and added advantage

• Honest

• Good communicator

• Computer Literate-able to use Excel worksheets

• Self-Driven, Confident
